21 Degrees Estate

Nestled on the lush windward side of Oʻahu, 21 Degrees Estate is a small, veteran-owned and family-operated cacao farm dedicated to sustainable agriculture and world-class Hawaiian chocolate. This 10-acre estate thrives in the island’s unique microclimate—dubbed the “Napa Valley of Chocolate”—and produces premium estate-grown cacao, handcrafted on-site into exceptional chocolate. Guests are invited to experience an intimate guided chocolate tour that includes tastings, a behind-the-scenes look at the cacao cultivation process, and friendly encounters with the farm’s mini goats, bunnies, bees, chickens, and more.

Founded by a retired U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force couple, Michael Rogers and Maria Carl in 2014, the farm was born from a vision to create a meaningful, family-centered space rooted in ecological stewardship and community. Today, it’s a living example of regenerative farming, featuring hundreds of thriving cacao trees alongside tropical fruits, flowers, and pollinator gardens. Whether you're a chocolate enthusiast, nature lover, or curious traveler, 21 Degrees Estate offers a one-of-a-kind farm experience that’s as sweet as it is sustainable.
