Arrive anytime between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. at our secured parking area, conveniently located near Volcano Golf Course. You'll be geared up with a top-notch e-bike and helmet, ready to set off on your day's quest. Before you set off, you will receive a comprehensive safety briefing. we'll ensure you're well-informed about the e-bike's operation, rules of the road, and the general do's and don'ts of park exploration.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Inability to ride an E-Bike does not warrant a refund.
