Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows or late arrivals who miss the ride will be charged the full price.

For Custom Charters and Private Tours, a 72-hour notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
