Become part of a spectacular Hawaiian Luau that combines a traditional Hawaii and plantation-era style menu with unforgettable Polynesian entertainment, unique activities and fascinating demonstrations.

In ancient Hawaii, royalty used to celebrate the local culture and special occasions by organizing feasts of mea'ai (food), hula (dance), and mele (songs). The word luau came from one of the foods served at the feast.

Mele Luau pays tribute to the culture of Hawaii with authentic food, dances and songs of Hawaii and Polynesia. Enjoy a lei greeting, welcome drink, pupus, and pre show activities before you experience a Samoan cooking demonstration in an umu.

Pre-show activities are enjoyed by all ages. With the best food of any luau, the feast of traditional luau food with some vegetarian specials and children’s favorites is sure to please. The bar has tropical favorites, wine and local craft beer. The show is a Polynesian Love Story with traditional dances including the Hula, Haka, Siva, and Otea, spectacular fireknife dancing, and some special surprises.

What to Expect

Your evening begins with enjoying local pupus and cocktails while you experience fun interactive pre-show activities and watch the Hawaiian kalua pig cooking imu demonstration.

Before you know it, it’s time to gather for the traditional celebratory feast, featuring authentic Hawaiian Luau Cuisine including favorites such as Kalua pig, lomi lomi salmon, huli huli chicken, locally caught fish, poi, delicious vegetarian and vegan options, and some child-friendly favorites.

The luau buffet has an excellent variety that accommodates most guests’ dietary restrictions, allergies (including gluten), vegetarians, and vegans.

Following the feast, the thrilling Mele Luau show combines awe-inducing Polynesian dancing, luau fire dancers, and a sweet love story to create an interactive experience full of humor and energy.
