If you love adventure, this is the kayak experience you don’t want to miss! All the locals know that this is one of the best water experiences Oahu has to offer, paddling to the Mokulua Islands.

What to Expect

We start the day by meeting at our store for basic safety and paddling information. We will then help load kayaks on your vehicle, including smart cars and convertibles up to 3 kayaks will fit on one vehicle.

Push off powdery white sand of Kailua Beach into the most turquoise water you have ever seen. One of our trained Naturalist's will guide you along this beautiful coastal area to several close offshore islets. While paddling along you will see the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles, the mountainous Ko’olau Range landscape. and large formations of coral reef. Your friendly guide, well-versed in Hawaiian history, marine life, and our island's geological formations will tell stories and impart thought provoking information about Hawaii that most visitors would love to hear about.

We then land your safe and stable sit-on-top kayak on one of the two-world famous beaches (Kailua or Lanikai) for some snorkeling with our tropical fish and turtles. The we get back in the kayak and the adventure continues!

You’ll also stop at several of our close offshore islands which will include swimming and relaxing on white sandy beaches while sea and shore birds flock overhead and nest near-by. The windward coast of Oahu has over 12 varieties of seabirds inhabiting this flourishing coastline. While on the island you will gently trek to natural pools or a breath-taking cove to jump in and have fun before the easy downwinder back to Kailua Bay.
