What to Expect

Our epic zipline tours start at our mountain outpost, showcasing vast panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the volcanic slopes of West Maui Mountains.

This 6 line tour exclusively delivers Maui’s only ALL-DUAL zipline course, where guests soar side-by-side on 2 miles of zipline cables over a tropical rainforest. From traversing the longest suspension bridge in Hawaii to ziplining at speeds up to 55 mph, you’re sure to have one of the best days of your life with our crew!

In addition to our amazing zipline course and ATV rides through the forest, you will also experience our magnificent suspension bridge that soars 1,600 feet in elevation above the jungle floor, providing expansive views of Maui’s northwest coastline and the neighboring islands of Moloka’i and Lāna’i. Spanning 360 feet…it’s got a guaranteed WOW factor!

  • Ziplining guests must weigh between 60 and 250 pounds. Weigh-ins are mandatory, and refunds are not provided if you do not fall into this weight range.
  • Children must be at least 10 years old and 4 feet tall to zipline. Adults must accompany children, yet minors ages 15 – 17 years old may zipline alone and have an adult sign their waiver.
  • Ziplining forms are provided on-site. A parent or legal guardian must sign the release for children under the age of 18 to zipline.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and fully closed-toe and closed-heel hiking or athletic shoes for ziplining. Water shoes and sandals of any kind are not permitted for ziplining. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended. Light jackets are recommended and can be provided.
  • Ziplining guests should be in moderately good health and be able to hike on dirt terrain. Please bring your medications if you are allergic to insect stings. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in ziplining.
  • Ziplining guests must not be pregnant nor have heart conditions or have had recent surgeries or injuries that have not healed, or for which their physician has not released them from medical care.

Cancellation Policy

For a 100% refund, cancellations and changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to tour time. If you need to cancel due to illness or medical emergency, we require a doctor’s note from a local Maui doctor/clinic in order to process a full refund. Our tours run RAIN or SHINE. We do not refund for inclement weather, however, we do provide rain jackets when needed. We will cancel tours in the event of extreme high winds, thunder and lightning. We will reschedule your tour or refund the proportion of your tour not completed.
