Glide off Waikīkī aboard a sleek trimaran as tradewinds fill the sails, drinks clink, and the sun melts into the Pacific in a rush of color. It’s ocean breeze, open deck, local music, and that golden-hour calm that makes your vacation slow down just right.
Quick Local Tip: Trimarans are wider and more stable than traditional sailboats, so the ride stays smooth even with ocean swell. If you’re new to sailing or sensitive to motion, this makes sunset cruising far more relaxed and enjoyable.
Step aboard your sailing trimaran in Waikīkī and settle in as the crew welcomes everyone aboard with a brief orientation before heading out onto the Pacific. Whether you choose a sunny spot on deck or relax beneath the spacious shaded canopy, the open-air sail offers plenty of room to take in the views.
As the shoreline begins to glow in the evening light, watch Diamond Head, Waikīkī Beach, and the Honolulu skyline transform as the sun slowly sinks toward the horizon. The changing colors across the ocean create a peaceful backdrop for relaxing with friends and family or simply enjoying the rhythm of the sail.
Feel the trade winds fill the sails as you cruise along the coast before returning to Ala Wai Harbor. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite beverages to enjoy onboard, making the sail home just as memorable as the sunset itself.
