Chief's Luau Oahu

Chief’s Luau brings Polynesian culture, food, music, humor, and fire-knife dancing together for an evening of entertainment on O‘ahu. Located in a private area within Wet’n’Wild Hawaii, the lū‘au is produced by Chief Sielu, an internationally recognized Polynesian entertainer, world champion fire-knife dancer, and longtime cultural performer known as the “Ambassador of Polynesia.”

Chief Sielu spent 20 years performing at the Polynesian Cultural Center’s Samoan Village, where he became widely known as “The Coconut Man,” and starred as a fire-knife dancer in the center’s evening show. His television and film appearances have included The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with David Letterman, the Travel and Discovery Channels, BBC, MTV, The Amazing Race, and the Sundance-featured film Chief.

At Chief’s Luau, guests are welcomed as part of the Chief’s ‘ohana for an evening centered on Polynesian hospitality and entertainment. The experience includes tropical cocktails, a Hawaiian feast combining traditional lū‘au favorites with Hawaiian Regional Cuisine, and a Polynesian stage show that builds to Chief Sielu’s signature fire-knife finale.
