Important Info & Requirements

• Weight Limit: 60–275 lbs (guests weighed at check-in). Children 40–60 lbs may tandem zip with a guide.
• Minimum Age: 6 years old
• Closed-toe athletic shoes required. Long shorts or pants recommended. No skirts, crop tops, or swimsuits. Long hair must be tied back; avoid dangling jewelry.
• Gear Policy: Only gear provided by the tour operator may be used.
• Physical Requirements: Moderate fitness required. Guests must be able to hike short distances, climb stairs, and have no major medical conditions (e.g., heart, neck, or back problems).
