Experience the finer things in life aboard an exclusive luxury catamaran for an intimate Waikiki sunset sail with curated dining and cocktails. You ease between chef-prepared courses and ocean views as Diamond Head fades into evening light.
Quick Local Tip: Ask the bartender about the signature cocktail when you board. It's often off-menu and tailored to the season, making it one of the most memorable parts of the experience.
The evening begins at the Ala Wai Boat harbor as you step aboard a luxury catamaran, greeted by a professional captain and crew who set the tone for a relaxed, upscale sail. As the vessel departs, Waikiki’s shoreline glows in the late afternoon light, with Diamond Head standing prominently in the distance and the ocean reflecting soft gold hues. Drinks are offered as you settle into comfortable seating, creating an easy transition from shore to sea.
As the cruise unfolds, the crew begins preparing and plating a thoughtfully curated Hawaiian-style pupu tasting menu. Each dish is served fresh and designed to complement the setting—rich, flavorful, and locally inspired. Between courses, there’s time to take in the scenery and watch for marine life. Dolphins may surface nearby, sea turtles can occasionally be spotted gliding through the water, and during winter months, humpback whales may appear along the horizon.
The experience gradually shifts as the sun lowers, casting vibrant colors across the sky. Dinner service continues at a relaxed pace, allowing you to enjoy each bite alongside a glass of wine, cocktail, or cold beer. The atmosphere becomes quieter and more intimate as the sky transitions from warm gold to deep orange and soft purple.
As the sun dips below the horizon, the moment feels unhurried and immersive with open ocean, gentle breeze, and the quiet rhythm of the water. The return cruise follows under fading light, offering a peaceful close to the evening as Waikiki’s city lights begin to shimmer in the distance.
