What to Expect

After departing Kewalo Basin, you'll cruise along the scenic south shore toward the reef-rich waters off Waikiki. Once your captain selects the ideal spot, the sails come down, the engines go quiet, and the fishing rods come out.

Using light spinning tackle, you'll catch and release a variety of colorful reef fish over coral and lava rock formations in crystal-clear water 15–25 feet deep. The calm, sheltered anchorage is perfect for beginners, kids, and anyone worried about motion sickness. While fishing, keep an eye out for sea turtles, eagle rays, and even the occasional monk seal surfacing nearby.

This charter also includes time to swim, snorkel, sightsee, and simply relax with refreshments on deck, making it a great fit for mixed-interest groups.
