Cancellation Policy

Customers with 5 or less passengers on a single reservation will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation before scheduled tour start time. Customers on our shared charters with 6 or more passengers on a single reservation will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be made by phone. Email and voicemail cancellations are not acceptable forms of cancellation and will not be refunded. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Private charters must be cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to charter start time to receive a full refund. Charters canceled less than 7 days of charter start time will receive 50% refund as long as charter is cancelled more then 72 hours in advance. Charters canceled less than 72 hours of charter start time will not receive a refund

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
