Quick Local Tip: On the way out, stay toward the back of the boat while sailing into the wind, it’s the bounciest part of the ride. Once the captain tacks outside Diamond Head and turns downwind, the motion smooths out and it’s the perfect time to move forward and lounge on the bow.

What to Expect

Departing from Kewalo Basin, just minutes from Waikiki, this evening sail offers a front-row seat to Oahu’s most peaceful sunset experience. As you glide along the coastline, enjoy smooth sailing conditions, non-alcoholic beverages, and music to set the mood.

Watch for dolphins, sea turtles, and during winter months even humpback whales. As the sun dips below the horizon, the sky transforms into a palette of deep gold and crimson, followed by the twinkle of Honolulu’s city lights reflecting off the water. 

Choose between a 43ft Jeanneau, 40ft sailing catamaran, or 50ft  power catamaran depending on your group size. We’ll contact you after booking to confirm the best departure time to catch the sunset at its peak.

Customers will receive a full refund with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
