Shuttle to Manoa Falls

Location: Waikiki, Oahu

This convenient shuttle service picks up from Waikiki and takes you into the famous Manoa Falls trail to enjoy a hike through the rainforest to visit the 150ft waterfall.

Enjoy the lush scenery, sounds of exotic birds, and views of the mountains as you explore the beauty of Manoa Valley located outside of Waikiki. Manoa Falls is also where many popular Hollywood movies and TV shows were filmed such as, Jurassic Park, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, LOST, and Hawaii 5-0.

What to Expect

Your adventure begins with a shuttle pick up service directly from your Waikiki Hotel. You are then driven out of the city into the tropical Manoa Valley rainforest. Your hike begins as you enter the jungle trail by walking over a footbridge that crosses a small stream through a grove of majestic Eucalyptus trees. The trail gradually ascends through a lush setting of ferns, monkey pod trees, and wild flowering ginger plants. The trail ends at a viewing area set back from the base of the 150ft Manoa Falls. The water cascades down from the mountain into a small pool at the end of the waterfall, creating a perfect background for pictures!

The total distance is 1.6 miles round trip, and takes an average of 1.5 hours.

This hike is located in a beautiful valley and hikers may often experience rainy weather. The trail is not paved, but is covered in stones. Some parts might get a little muddy or slippery, adding extra excitement on your adventure, but don’t worry! We provide walking sticks for extra support. Ponchos are also available for purchase with your driver. Expect some sections with stairs and a few parts where you have to climb up over large rocks.
